What are direct billing payments and how do they work?
If you're a new patient, you might be wondering how billing is handled at our office. As a convenience, we're happy to offer direct billing to your insurance provider.
What is Direct Billing?
During your first visit, we will collect your insurance information from you and enter it into our system.
We will use this information to bill your insurance company for your dental care directly going forward. Direct billing eliminates the need for you to pay for your treatment upfront or file a claim for reimbursement.
Please be aware that your insurance plan may require a co-payment for certain types of treatment. This is due at the time of your visit.
