The Opportunity
Some practices fill a seat. This one builds a career.
Health Style Dental is a modern, digital, thriving, full-service family practice in Regina, SK, looking for an associate who wants to plant roots — not just punch a clock. With a stable patient base, a long-tenured team, and a team who's genuinely invested in your growth, this is the kind of role that can define the course of your career.
Full-time, Monday to Friday. Double column booking plus, our team is booked weeks out. And for the right person, an opportunity to build toward leadership.
Culture & Environment
Dr. Loreen Larson has built something most dentists spend a career looking for: a team that actually stays. A great scope of practice, low turnover of patients and team, long-term relationships, and a practice culture where people show up because they want to — not because they have to.
You won't be mentored from a distance here. This is a hands-on, collaborative environment where your development is taken seriously from day one.
You're the Right Fit If…
You're a strong communicator who genuinely enjoys working as part of a team
You're patient-focused and community-oriented — you care about the people in your chair, not just the procedure
You're thinking long-term — about your career, your patients, and where you want to be in five years
You're open to mentorship and growing your skills in a supportive environment
New grads are genuinely welcome here — experience matters less than attitude and drive
