What To Expect On Your First Visit
From the moment you enter our dental office, we want you to feel at ease. Read these frequently asked questions to learn what to expect.
What will happen during my first visit?
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to your first appointment so that you can fill out our New Patient and Dental Health History forms. While you wait for your appointment to begin, you can relax in our comfortable waiting room where you'll find comfortable seating, complimentary beverages, a children's play area and even a cozy fireplace.
When your appointment begins, your dentist will refer to your Health History form and ask you about your current oral health needs. You will also receive a thorough dental exam and professional cleaning. Based on all these aspects, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan tailored to you.
During your appointment, your dentist or hygienist are there to answer any questions you may have about your oral health and treatment options.
How can I book an appointment?
To schedule an appointment with us, please call our office during our regular business hours. If you like, you can also book your next appointment while you're at the office.
If you experience a dental emergency, please call us right away and we'll make room in our schedule to see you as soon as possible.
How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?
At Health Style Dental our commitment to you is that we will make every effort to book an appointment that best suits your schedule. We will also contact you 1 week and 24 hours prior to your appointment to remind you of the date and time you are scheduled to see one of our doctors or hygienists.
If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours, or 1 full business day, in advance so that we will have a chance to make the necessary changes.
Friendly reminder, missed appointments without confirmation or cancellation will be subject to a $50.00 non waivable fee.
Do you offer appointment reminders?
In the days before your appointment, you will receive automated appointment reminders from us by email.
Can you direct bill to my insurance company?
Yes. We are happy to submit your claim to your insurance company on your behalf.
Please bring your insurance/benefits information with you on your first visit.
